Turon Stal Profil is a galvanized steel profile and coil plant operating in Tashkent since 2019. We coat the black coil with zinc ourselves and turn it into a finished profile — so we are responsible for the quality of every metre.

About us
Drywall walls used to be assembled on wooden battens. Today galvanized metal profiles have taken their place — they do not rust, hold their shape and keep the wall straight for years.
This is exactly the profile we manufacture from start to finish. Black coil is brought in from Russia and Kazakhstan, we coat it with zinc, then cut it to size and turn it into a profile. No middleman — both price and quality come directly from the manufacturer.
Our core idea is simple: invisible problems one day turn into visible costs. The profile behind the wall is invisible, but its quality determines the lifespan of wallpaper, plaster and tiles.

From black coil to finished profile — six stages, each under control.

Raw material intake
Raw material
Black steel coil arrives from Russia and Kazakhstan. Every batch is checked for grade and thickness.

Zinc coating
Galvanizing
The metal surface is coated with zinc — protection against moisture and rust, a long service life.

Roll former
Profiling
Galvanized strip is formed into the required profile shape on the roll-forming machine.

To size
Cutting
The profile is cut to the required length. Geometry and edges with millimetre precision.

Quality control
Inspection
Size, thickness and zinc coating are measured and documented for every batch.

Delivery
Storage and dispatch
Finished products are documented with a certificate and passport and delivered to the site.

2021
Own galvanizing line
We began galvanizing the black coil ourselves. Zinc percentage and coating quality came under full control — quality no longer depended on another plant.

More than 10 product types
Wall and ceiling profiles, U- and C-shaped profiles, strip and steel sheet of various thicknesses — a full system comes from one plant.

Products are exported to 3 countries. Both finished products and made-to-order production are set up for builders, wholesalers, craftsmen and small workshops.
